As an SAP HR Compensation & Payroll – Package Consultant, you will help shape solutions that support payroll accuracy, compensation processes, compliance, and seamless integration across core HR and finance functions, while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM Compensation & Payroll solutions.
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation modules based on business and statutory requirements.
- Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, payroll schema configuration, wage types, and payroll control processes.
- Configure compensation structures, salary planning, incentive plans, and benefits administration.
- Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Integrate SAP HCM Payroll with Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Finance (FI), and SuccessFactors where applicable.
- Support payroll period-end activities, issue resolution, and production support.
- Develop and execute functional specifications, test scenarios, and training documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow developments.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancement packages, and migration projects, including SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integrations.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including full-cycle SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation implementations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll schema configuration, wage types, and payroll control processes.
- Experience with compensation planning and benefits setup.
- Proven ability to integrate SAP HCM Payroll with Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Finance (FI), and SuccessFactors where applicable.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience leading workshops, fit-gap analysis, user acceptance activities, and training with business stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills.
