Resident Care Assistant

Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA ) to provide quality care for our residents.

Duties and responsibilities

• Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
• Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
• Engage residents in social interactions and activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
• Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
• Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols

The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a

• An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential
• An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential
• An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift

Hours and Pay

• Part Time: 24-48 hours per 2 week pay period (Days and evenings available)
• Day shift: 7am-12:30pm, Evening 3pm - 8pm
