Position Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring production schedules are met by optimizing personnel and equipment resources. This role oversees shift operations, maintains safety and quality standards, and supports efficient production flow and on-time delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute production schedules and meet manufacturing timelines.
  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Monitor production flow and equipment utilization.
  • Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Review shift priorities and communicate work plans with team members.
  • Prepare production reports and track downtime causes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Technical degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of production planning and resource optimization.
  • Legal authorization to work in Mexico.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with safety and quality compliance programs.
  • SG-SST 50-hour certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
