You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, CRM management, and building lasting commercial relationships while contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and self-sourced pipeline through to close.
  • Sell the model: place vetted, AI-fluent engineers into client teams and expand those accounts over time.
  • Run structured discovery: understand client hiring challenges, team gaps and business goals.
  • Manage complex deals: navigate multiple stakeholders and build strong commercial business cases.
  • Drive pipeline progression: maintain momentum across every stage and remove blockers.
  • Apply MEDDPICC: qualify deals properly and increase win rates.
  • Own your data: maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable industry experience with a strong understanding of the market, buyer personas and common objections.
  • Proven track record of closing B2B sales opportunities, ideally within the technology or talent sector.
  • Experience selling to CTOs, Heads of Engineering and other senior technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
  • Ability to build and manage self-generated sales pipeline.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand hiring challenges, team gaps and business objectives.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities and developing commercial business cases.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining pipeline momentum.
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC .
  • Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and producing accurate sales forecasts using CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is advantageous but CRM forecasting is essential).
  • Resilient, high-volume outbound calling approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly accountable with a results-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience within the same industry, with an established understanding of the operating model, buyer personas and common objections.
  • Experience in technology recruitment or staffing, with the ability to sell retained, long-term relationships.
  • Experience in digital transformation or technology consultancy sales.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission and a clear path to senior AE.
  • Hybrid (4 days in, 1 day WFH) working with a London-based team.
  • 24 days holiday plus your birthday off.
  • The chance to build your sales career inside a scaling business with global ambition.
