Senior Product Manager (AI Platform and Agents) - Gurugram

Mechademy is looking for a Senior Product Manager (AI Agents) to build and scale AI agent capabilities that improve industrial diagnostics, automation, and decision-making. You will work closely with AI, engineering, and domain experts to deliver trusted AI products for mission-critical industrial operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of enterprise software products.
• 1+ years building or managing AI-powered products, preferably AI Agents or autonomous workflows.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, orchestration frameworks, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Experience working closely with AI/ML engineers and data scientists throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI model limitations, reliability, safety, and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products serving enterprise customers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for AI Agent products across the platform.
• Define AI Agent use cases that improve industrial diagnostics, monitoring, and operational workflows.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to build, evaluate, and deploy production-grade AI agents.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver customer-centric AI experiences.
• Define product success metrics and continuously improve AI performance using customer feedback.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
• Drive product discovery, user research, roadmap planning, and release management.
• Ensure AI products are reliable, interpretable, and trusted by industrial users.
• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agent frameworks, and enterprise AI technologies.
