As a Product Owner, you'll be the go-to expert for your domain and bridge the product gap between the technical and non-technical. Be a part of an agile environment where you truly feel the impact of your work and are empowered to be creative and take risks.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive investigation with Engineering for business related issues
  • Communicate with internal clients to understand expected user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements and employee user flows
  • Provide feedback to the dev team through your own troubleshooting, testing and feedback gathering from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integrators
  • Provide updates to clients, integrators, strategic planning, and management as required
  • Write and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundaries
  • Finalize Scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developers
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and user behaviors post-launch and devise, design, develop and deploy project optimizations where needed
  • Work with Data Analysts to leverage data to understand the Product and user behavior in detail
  • Provide recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with the stakeholders
  • Review client feature requests and provide feedback in terms of potential solutions, feature phases
  • Investigate, understand and communicate requirements for end to end user flows, as well as end to end service integration (SaaS) flows
  • Work closely with other POs to assess any potential existing services or features on other products which could benefit our product

What you’ll need to be successful

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above
  • A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering
  • Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical components with non-technical people
  • Experience in an agile environment

Nice to haves

  • Scrum certified
  • QA experience
  • Exposure to Jira and Confluence
  • Analytics and reporting experience
