Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working with Automic Automation or a similar job scheduling system as a workflow developer.
Experience in designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4).
Skilled in processing service requests related to job scheduling and automation.
Ability to advise IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation.
Good knowledge of technologies including Unix, Java, and Shell scripting.
Solid understanding and experience in IT operations and their processes.
Exposure to technical requirement analysis, planning, and coordination.
