Position Responsibilities
- Cleaning patient care areas and restroom.
- Performing laundry services.
- Removing trash utilizing approved Infection Control Protection.
- Ensuring effective and safe cleaning techniques, following all established procedures.
- Ensuring that periodic scheduled cleaning is conducted.
- Ensuring that all departmental equipment is correctly stored and maintained.
- And other general cleaning duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education, Competencies and Credentials
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hospital setting preferred
Hours: This is a temporary position 40 hours per week, evenings and weekends
