Overview
The Program Coordinator role is a key part of Grok's delivery model, designed to provide flexible, short- to mid-term recruitment and engagement support for leading higher education institutions. Program Coordinators are embedded in their local markets, delivering high-impact activities ranging from event support to lead nurturing, data reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
This role offers a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment with high exposure to top global universities.
Reports To
Head of Program Office Learning and Development, dotted line to regional Senior EM/AD.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute client recruitment activities across fairs, school visits, webinars, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with education agents and school counselors to ensure brand and message consistency.
- Conduct lead management and CRM updates where applicable.
- Provide market insights and data-driven feedback to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and handover documentation as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years’ experience in international education, student recruitment, or counseling.
- Strong English communication skills (additional regional language a plus).
- Self-starter who thrives in cross-cultural, remote-managed environments.
- Analytical, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and reporting platforms.
- Open to project-based or short-term assignments with growth potential.
- Successful candidates are collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments.
