Performance Creative Designer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design ad creatives (static, animated, and video) for paid channels: Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn and other.
• Work with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to align creative with campaign goals and live performance data.
• Analyze creative-level metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to decide what to test next.
• Run your own hypothesis → variant → test → learn cycles.
• Build reusable master files so iteration stays fast and clean.
• Track competitor ads and emerging formats.
• Contribute to a shared creative learning library - what works, what doesn't, and why.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong static and motion ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes.
• Confident with a modern design + motion toolset (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator + After Effects or equivalent).
• Solid typography and visual hierarchy, even in tight ad formats.
• Comfortable reading paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and turning them into creative decisions.
• Can produce a high volume of quality variants without the quality dropping.
• Owns projects end to end - from brief to final export, on time, no silent stalling.
• Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization.
