Telecare Store Person

Join a team that makes a real difference. As our Store Person, you'll ensure medical alarm equipment is refurbished, tested and ready for use, while managing inventory and keeping warehouse operations running efficiently. This is a Part time role working 20 hours per week, typical start and finish time would be 9am – 1pm.

• Receive, inspect, refurbish, test and prepare medical alarm equipment, ensuring it is safe, compliant and ready for use.
• Manage inventory accurately, including stock control, warehouse organisation, stocktakes and maintaining reliable inventory records.
• Pick, pack and dispatch equipment efficiently to support timely service delivery and customer needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse, ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting team initiatives, business continuity and delivering high-quality customer service.

You are a reliable and motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. With a positive, can-do attitude, you can manage competing priorities, adapt to changing demands and are always willing to pitch in to get the job done.

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Prior warehouse work experience would be advantageous
• Organisational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail
