WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Partner Planning
- ● Evangelize Saviynt's value proposition to assigned partners, emphasizing its cloud-based
- identity platform portfolio.
- ● In collaboration with partner leaders, develop a joint partnership strategy and GTM plan that
includes investments in
- ○ Practice development
- ○ Co-selling and sourcing Saviynt business
- ○ Developing industry best practices establishing Saviynt as the premier identity
- security solution for customer accounts and cloud environments.
- ● Cultivate partner offerings and solutions to drive customer engagement and adoption of
- Saviynt's identity platform across West regional markets.
Partner Management
- ● Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic solution providers with established West region
- practice areas, including systems integrators, resellers, and consulting firms.
● Manage a portfolio of assigned partners focusing on
- ○ Go-to-market fit
- ○ Business planning
- ○ Executive alignment
- ○ Technical alignment
- ○ Marketing alignment
- ● Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and iterate joint plans quarterly for assigned
- partners.
- ● Assist in driving the execution of partner programs and initiatives.
● Manage day-to-day needs of assigned partners including
- ○ Deal registration review of all opportunities
- ○ Reviewing MDF requests
- ○ Proper use and assignment of partner incentives
- ○ Connecting partners to Saviynt resources
- ● Monitor partner compliance with Saviynt Partner Programs and partner agreements.
- ● Track sales activities and partner engagement in Salesforce.com, with visibility into
- opportunities and procurement timelines.
Joint Activity
- ● Collaborate with regional Saviynt sales teams and leaders to develop joint opportunities that
- expand each partner's Saviynt-related practice, revenue (sourcing and co-selling), and
- solutions.
- ● Coordinate Saviynt teams (e.g., Partner Program, Partner Marketing, Field Sales) in support
- of joint partner plans.
- ● Facilitate account and opportunity mapping between Saviynt field sales and assigned
- partners to accelerate and amplify revenue growth and adoption.
- ● Match partner services capabilities to build GTM offerings aligned to opportunity-specific
- needs.
Partnering Best Practices
- ● Adopt and champion partner-related best practices across the organization.
- ● Foster a regular meeting cadence between assigned partners and Saviynt stakeholders.
- ● Ensure effective and timely bi-directional partner communications.
- ● Stay abreast of competitive products, technologies, and industry trends relevant to identity
- security and the West region customer sector landscape.
- ● Collaborate with partner marketing and enablement teams to drive go-to-market initiatives
- aligned with West Region priorities.
Driving Results
● Drive the growth of Saviynt investment within each assigned partner organization across
- ○ Quarterly demand generation programs
- ○ Number of Saviynt certifications
- ○ Saviynt practice capacity
- ○ Saviynt-specific solutions
- ○ Customer success stories within government and public sector accounts
- ● Build partner-sourced pipeline and meet annual revenue goals, focusing on top-tier partners
- with demonstrated reach into West regional accounts.
- ● Attain KPIs to ensure goals are met and deliver Saviynt pipeline and revenue through and
- with assigned partners.
- ● Maintain pipeline and dashboards that communicate assigned partner contributions to
- Saviynt growth.
- ● Produce weekly forecasts for assigned partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
WHAT YOU BRING
- ● 8–10 years of partner management experience in enterprise software, with a significant focus on
- West regional markets.
- ● Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing partner networks and establish new relationships
- within the West regional ecosystems.
- ● Proven success in pipeline generation and quota attainment.
- ● Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including marketing, contracts, legal,
- customer success and delivery.
- ● Cybersecurity and identity experience strongly preferred; familiarity with ICAM (Identity,
- Credential, and Access Management) frameworks is a plus.
- ● Ideally resides in or near San Francisco, Los Angeles or San Diego CA areas, though candidates in
- other major West region markets will be considered.
- ● Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally.
