Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant / Specialist Pediatrics to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic pediatric medical conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and developmental evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide preventive healthcare, including immunization guidance and health education.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate ongoing care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage pediatric emergencies and provide inpatient and outpatient care as required.
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Counsel parents and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, nutrition, growth, development, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, continuing medical education, and departmental meetings.
• Contribute to the teaching, mentoring, and supervision of junior medical staff when required.

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics.
• Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience as a Specialist or Consultant Pediatrician.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
