• As a Frontend Game Developer you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle—
• from architectural conception to final delivery—focusing on high-performance
• gameplay, seamless user interfaces, and sophisticated animations for a massive global
• user base.

• Core Responsibilities
• Engine & Architecture: Architect and develop cross-platform games (Web, Mobile,

PWA) using Cocos Creator, ensuring a robust component-based architecture.

• Gameplay Engineering: Implement, debug, and refine core gameplay features based

on rigorous design specifications.

• Performance Engineering: Lead optimization efforts to ensure 60 FPS performance

• across fragmented mobile devices, focusing on Draw Call reduction, Atlas
• management, and Memory Leak prevention.
• 2.Collaborative Innovation: Partner with Game Designers and Backend Engineers to
• integrate complex game logic and real-time networking.
•  Tooling & Automation: Develop and maintain custom Editor Extensions and build
• pipelines to streamline the production workflow for Art and Design teams.
•  Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of WebGL advancements and apply
• cutting-edge APIs to enhance visual fidelity and system stability.

II. Require And Experience

1. Core Competencies (All Levels)

•  Language Proficiency: Mastery of TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+) with a deep
• understanding of asynchronous programming and design patterns.
•  Game Design Patterns: Comprehensive understanding of the Game Loop,
• Node/Component life-cycles, and Collision Detection mechanisms.
•  Mathematics & Physics: Strong foundation in Linear Algebra (Vectors, Matrices,
• Quaternions) and the geometric formulas required for distance, angles, and physics-
• based interactions.
•  Web Fundamentals: Proficient in DOM/CSS and how modern browsers handle
• resources, including Caching strategies and Service Workers for high-performance
• PWAs.

• 2. Advanced Requirements (Mid - Senior)

•  Performance Engineering: Proven experience in Draw Call Batching, Texture
• Packing, and Atlas optimization. Expert-level proficiency in using Chrome
• DevTools and Cocos Profiler to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
•  Memory Management: Sophisticated strategies for Garbage Collection
• (GC) tuning and proactive Resource Unloading to prevent application crashes on
• mobile browsers (Safari/Chrome).
•  Security & Integrity: Deep knowledge of data encryption (AES/RSA), Code
• Obfuscation, and mechanisms to prevent memory/packet manipulation (Anti-
• cheat/Anti-tamper).

1. Specialized Skill (Senior)

•  Low-Level Graphics: Ability to write Custom Shaders (Cocos Effect) and optimize
• the rendering pipeline for high-vfx environments without compromising performance.
•  Native Integration: Experience with Cocos-JSB (JavaScript Bridge), including
• writing C++, Objective-C, or Java to bridge native mobile functionalities.
•  Engine Customization: Proven experience in reading or modifying the Cocos
• Creator Engine source code to implement bespoke features.
•  Network Optimization: Expertise in State Synchronization, Dead Reckoning,
• or Client-Side Prediction for high-concurrency multiplayer environments.
•  DevOps for Game Dev: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing for
• games, and asset bundling strategies for rapid PWA loading.
