Purpose of the Position

To support retail operations by assisting in inventory control, customer service activities, product management, and administrative processes, contributing to efficient store operations and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations and ensure smooth workflow within the store.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and product organization.
• Help maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, and operational activities.
• Support customer service processes by responding to inquiries and directing customers as needed.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming products and shipments.
• Ensure operational documents and records are properly maintained and archived.
