Purpose

To support supply chain operations by assisting with inventory management, procurement activities, and operational reporting, contributing to the efficient flow of materials and services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and tracking material movements.
• Support procurement and replenishment activities by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Help coordinate inbound and outbound logistics processes, including deliveries and shipments.
• Assist in processing purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and supplier-related documentation.
• Maintain supply chain databases, reports, and operational records.
• Track and follow up on material shortages, delayed deliveries, and operational issues.
• Assist in preparing supply chain performance reports and data analysis.
• Ensure operational documents are properly maintained and archived.
