About The Role

  • Work & live in sunny holiday destination Greece
  • 🌍 About the role
  • As a Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for hotel guests.
  • You welcome people from all over the world, support them during their stay and make sure they feel comfortable from day one.
  • This role is ideal for young people who already have some experience in hospitality or customer service and want to gain international work experience in a resort environment.
  • 🗂️ What you’ll do
  • Welcome and check in guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Handle check-outs and basic administrative tasks
  • Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and surroundings
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Help solve guest requests and small issues during their stay
  • You’ll work in an international team and be in daily contact with guests from different countries.

  • Seasonal position
  • Full-time role (5–6 working days per week)
  • Living and working on-site
  • EU passport required

  • You already have experience in reception, hospitality or customer service
  • You enjoy working with people and staying organized
  • You feel confident communicating in English
  • German and/or French skills are a big plus
  • You are reliable, friendly and service-oriented
