Part-Time / Temporary Parts Entry & Verification Clerk

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our team on a part-time/temporary basis. This role focuses on entering parts into our system and checking paperwork against part numbers to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Enter and update parts information in the inventory/database system
• Check paperwork (invoices, purchase orders, receipts, work orders) against part numbers (P/Ns) for accuracy, where applicable
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities match supporting documentation
• File and organize physical and digital paperwork related to parts processing

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school or equivalent
• Must be at least 16 years old (proof of age required at hire per Florida law)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel; comfortable learning new systems)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience with data entry, inventory systems, or office administration a plus
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30 hrs./week)

Start Date: Immediately

• Duration: Through early/mid-August 2026 (position ends before the 2026-2027 school year begins on August 13)
