Work Schedule

  • Monday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Dental Admin, you will play an important role in the overall patient experience. Responsibilities include

  • Administrative tasks
  • Check patient in/out
  • Send insurance claims
  • Take payments from customers
  • Answer phones, emails, and text messages
  • Check voicemails
  • Follow up on any missed calls
