We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Singapore team, bringing experience from a top-tier management consulting firm and a strong passion for sports. At CAA Portas, you’ll collaborate closely with senior clients and lead multiple high-impact projects offering a unique level of ownership and visibility that allows you to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
- Manage single or multiple project teams to deliver exceptional impact
- Lead team problem-solving
- Lead client interactions and manage client relationships
- Produce high quality strategy presentations and deliverables
- Coach and develop team members to become excellent consultants
- Help drive Portas business development on a global basis
- Build the firm’s knowledge base
Requirements
- Previous experience as a manager at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed sports organisation
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Genuine interest and passion in sport
- Solid sports industry knowledge is desirable
- Prepared to work on a global basis
