Estimating and Procurement Coordinator

Hutch Paving is currently seeking an Estimating and procurement Coordinator to join our growing team.

Estimating and Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities

• Work with Sales/Estimating staff to draft proposals in preparation for submission
• Apply for permits and order certificates of insurance for projects
• Request miss dig on jobs and assist miss dig workers with ongoing coordination
• Request and turn in submittals
• Order and execute bonds
• Review project specifications during the bidding process
• Execute and prepare prime bids for delivery
• Various other office tasks as required (I.e., light cleaning, ordering supplies, answering phone calls, general administrative support)

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Must be proficient in the use of general office equipment (including but not limited to printer/copier/fax machine)
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication with experience in customer service
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently in order to understand the requirements of the technical specification, regulations, reports, and manuals
