About The Role

Responsible for accounting, Month-end closing activities, producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines, ensure all policies and procedures related to finance are properly performed and compliance
Prepare Monthly Ops package including P&L and BS, key operation metric, variance analysis and sales & margin report and analysis. Provide local management team with accounting data and related financial analysis reports.
Prepare business plan and forecast according to the Corp instruction and within specific deadlines.
Set product cost, manufacturing labor/overhead rate and perform the costing analysis on a regular basis to support operation to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Manage cash flows, approve A/P payments, A/R credit, and major accounting adjustments.
Liaise with external auditor for annual audit, review, annual tax filings and transfer pricing review
Perform other adhoc projects & duties as assigned by Finance VP
