As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter , you’ll learn the Automotive Glazing trade from industry experts, gain your Certificate III in Automotive Glazing , and build skills that set you up for a stable, rewarding future.

What you’ll be doing
- Completing the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Technician Skills Development Program
- Learning to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
- Performing ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
- Carrying out glass chip repairs
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Representing the O’Brien® brand with professionalism and reliability
- Promoting and selling vehicle accessory products to customers as part of your service offering
What we’re looking for
- Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded)
- Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded)
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
- Must be comfortable selling vehicle accessory products
- Strong work ethic and desire for a long‑term trade career
- Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting products
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
- Commitment to personal growth and development
