What you’ll be doing

• Completing the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Technician Skills Development Program
• Learning to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
• Performing ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
• Carrying out glass chip repairs
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Representing the O’Brien® brand with professionalism and reliability
• Promoting and selling vehicle accessory products to customers as part of your service offering

What we’re looking for

• Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded)
• Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded)
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
• Must be comfortable selling vehicle accessory products
• Strong work ethic and desire for a long‑term trade career
• Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting products
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
• Commitment to personal growth and development
