O’Brien® is looking for a motivated and mechanically minded individual to join our Hoppers Crossing Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter .

What you’ll be doing

  • Undertake the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
  • Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
  • Carry out glass chip repairs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
  • Represent the O’Brien® brand with pride and reliability

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded)
  • Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded)
  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
  • Strong work ethic and desire for a long-term career
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
  • Commitment to personal growth and development
