About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director - Compliance, Audit, Learning and Development . In this key role, you will oversee compliance and audit functions while also developing robust learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
You will lead a team tasked with ensuring compliance with legal standards, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement in our learning and development initiatives. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of accountability, training, and adherence to best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards across all operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of organizational practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Manage risk assessments and compliance monitoring to proactively mitigate issues and ensure accountability.
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance and audit findings for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentoring and coaching staff on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust practices and ensure compliance effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in compliance, audit, or learning and development roles, preferably in large-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing compliance programs and improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training and development programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership and team management experience with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity.
