Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop NPD projects in EMEA in accordance with our development process on all technical aspects for design and development
- Coordinate technical aspects in the NPD Project for Professional Products EMEA or ROW driven
- Check NPQ/PEAC/CTQs and coordinate results between Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Reliability and After Sales and prepare for EMEA sign off to provide a technical specification meeting to the customer expectation
- Participate in the 2D/3D Design reviews with Product Management and Engineering
- Work closely with external partners and vendors within the New Development Project
- Coordinate the Sample Inspection Report with Product Management (EMEA), Engineering, and Quality teams (PRC) to support the Pilot Run approval and the subsequent release for mass production
- Determine with team on temporary deviation and releases
- Make technical file available for TTI EMEA on product level and Check integrity of the technical file
- Assess and Sign off temporary deviation for engineering if necessary, during mass production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education, preferably in mechanical or engineering or a related field
- Ideally experience in project management and product development
- Good understanding of technical processes in Engineering like Product Development, technical documentation
- Ideally experienced in Personal Protective Equipment or Power Tools business
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken , another European language is of advantage
- Extensive experience with MS office application
- Knowledge in CAD system
- Willingness to travel according to business need (20% ca.)
