Commercial Excellence Apprentice

Essential Functions

• Sales Analytics & Reporting

• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
• Support data analysis for sales trends, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Perform basic data cleaning, validation, and dashboard updates.

• CRM & Tools Support

• Help maintain CRM data accuracy (e.g., Salesforce).
• Track opportunity pipeline hygiene, lead status updates, and funnel metrics.
• Provide first-level support for sales teams on tools and reporting issues.

• Process & Productivity Improvement

• Support execution of sales productivity initiatives and governance routines.
• Assist in preparing training materials, performance trackers, and insights decks.

• Business Insights & Coordination

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• support business review presentations and dashboards for leadership.
