Talent Outreach Partner

We are seeking a Talent Outreach Partner to support identifying, recruiting, and retaining highly specialized professionals to support Centific's AI Data projects. This is a role focused on volume hiring and on the precision sourcing of subject matter experts — spanning fields such as medicine, law, finance, science, engineering, linguistics, and more — whose knowledge is critical to building accurate, safe, and high-quality AI data.

Key Responsibilities

Domain Expert Recruitment

• Own end-to-end accountability for sourcing and engaging qualified subject matter experts (SMEs) across industries such as healthcare, legal, finance, STEM, linguistics, education, and other knowledge-intensive fields.
• Define and refine qualification frameworks to assess domain expertise, credentials, and suitability for AI data annotation, evaluation, and generation tasks.
• Build and maintain pipelines of credentialed professionals — including academics, researchers, licensed practitioners, and industry specialists — across all covered regions.
• Partner with Delivery and Project teams to translate complex project requirements into precise expert profiles, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right work.
• Support Product team to build the features needed to support recruitment.

Expert Community & Sourcing Strategy

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to reach specialized professional communities through academic institutions, professional associations, licensing bodies, research networks, and niche online communities.
• Build long-term relationships with domain expert communities to support recurring and evolving project needs.
• Identify and expand sourcing channels specific to each region's professional talent landscape, in collaboration with regional leads.

Market Intelligence & Pricing

• Maintain a global view of compensation benchmarks and rate structures for domain experts across disciplines and geographies.
• Oversee the development and validation of expert-tier rate cards by region and domain, in collaboration with each Location Lead.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as point of contact for the Domain Expert Recruitment Lead on all matters related to domain expert talent projects.
• Translate client and project needs into executable recruitment strategies, and communicate progress and solutions confidently to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Partner with Product, Community, and Vendor Management teams to ensure expert talent delivery is aligned with platform and project quality goals.

Operational Excellence

• Establish scalable processes and qualification playbooks that regional leads can adapt to their local professional markets.
• Ensure consistent execution standards across time zones, with operational coverage managed across the three regional hubs.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or workforce strategy, including significant experience recruiting specialized, credentialed, or hard-to-find professional profiles and leadership.
• Proven background in sourcing domain experts for AI, Data, or LLM projects — particularly for annotation, evaluation, RLHF, or knowledge-intensive data tasks.
• Deep understanding of professional talent ecosystems in at least two of the three covered regions (Americas; Europe/Africa/Middle East; India/APAC).
• Experience working with or recruiting across multiple disciplines (e.g., medical, legal, scientific, financial, linguistic) is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both executive audiences and expert communities.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where quality and precision matter as much as speed.
