岗位描述：

1、严格遵守公司的各项安全要求和规章制度，完成本职工作；

2、严格按照操作程序及安全规则进行操作以保证工作的安全高效；

3、负责所有生产部门的中控、成品及酸区样品的测试，并确保数据的准确性、及时性；

4、及时将实验结果填入相应表格并输入LIMS系统；

5、按程序规定对设备进行校准和保养；

6、保持实验室的5S；

7、提供外部或指定的检测项目数据；

8、实验数据如果偏差太大，应当及时向主管报告；

9、工作中严格个人防护措施，并关心周围的安全情况，切实做好安全工作；

10、有责任对日常工作程序提出合理化建议，优化持续改进；

11、有责任向相关领导反映真实情况及不符合要求的行为等；

12、确保本职工作符合公司内控的要求。

岗位要求：

1、化学分析或类似专业中专以上学历毕业；

2、工作认真细心，身体素质好，能适应倒班；

3、基础的英文阅读能力；

4、熟悉实验室的分析方法、操纵系统和设备，具有实验室工作经验优先考虑
