Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter invoices into the client management system
• Add and maintain new vendor records in the client system
• Update and manage invoice records within the client tool
• Process client HR-related tasks, including documentation and record maintenance
• Handle client payroll processing activities with accuracy and confidentiality
• Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and financial data management
• Make outbound calls to stakeholders when required for follow-ups or clarifications
• Send and receive reports via email in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
• With bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
• BPO Experience is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Proficiency in using MS Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Index Match)
• Must be keen to details
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
