Job Description

  1. Project Management and Execution
  • Support the construction, installation, and commissioning of the new factory, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and equipment.
  • Contribute to local manufacturing and sourcing of equipment to optimize project costs.
  1. Current Factory Operations
  • Maintain the efficiency, reliability, and continuous operation of the existing factory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment performance and lifespan.
  1. Induction, Training & Capability Building
  • Undergo structured onboarding to understand current processes, systems, and company standards.
  • Train and mentor local teams to build operational readiness for the new factory.
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs to reduce dependency on external expertise.
  1. Cost Optimization
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Utilize local resources and expertise to minimize external costs.
  • Apply learnings from previous projects to improve efficiency and avoid budget overruns.
  1. Technical Expertise & Compliance
  • Provide technical support in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new equipment and processes.
