Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Specialist (m/f/d) who will help us shape our offline sales team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

About the Role

• Build and develop relationships with sales partners across Poland
• Acquire new offline sales partners and provide ongoing support to existing ones
• Support the development and performance of offline sales channels
• Coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns for the partner network
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights to support business decisions
• Maintain accurate partner data in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Support campaign planning and budgeting while representing the needs of your partner portfolio

About You

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with remote, international teams and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to new challenges and change
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or another CRM system is an advantage
