Dental Assistant/Receptionist - Maven Dental Port Lincoln

As our Dental Assistant / Receptionist , you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. From assisting chairside during dental procedures to welcoming patients and coordinating appointments, you'll help deliver outstanding care at every touchpoint.

Your responsibilities will include

• Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.
• Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.
• Greeting patients with a warm, professional, and caring approach.
• Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient records.
• Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required, showcasing your ability to contribute effectively to our team.
• A positive and hardworking individual with a passion for dental care.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
• A commitment to professional development and learning.
