CPM PMO Principal - Fixed Term Contract (Position can be located in South Africa, Brazil, Chile or Peru)

About The Role
As a Contractor Performance Management (CPM) PMO Principal , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving a high-impact supply chain transformation programme, leading the coordination and governance of a complex portfolio of initiatives. Through integrated planning, performance tracking, and robust management routines, you will bring teams together, provide strategic oversight, and ensure delivery of key Supply Chain goals and ambitions. Core Responsibilities (amongst others):   
- Develop, with the support of discipline leaders, a comprehensive program plan for the specific workstream(s), incorporating key milestones and specific activities necessary for successful delivery
- Support the development of the CPM critical tasks and performance targets aligned with overall business objectives
- Create CPM Deployment discipline Charters and deployment roadmap based on the programme of work to deliver on the CPM strategy.
- Serve as key liaison between CPM leadership and workstream(s)/business leaders to report out on milestones, progress, risks, utilizing standardized reporting formats or creating new scorecards as needed
- Define & implement CPM Management and reporting Routines.
- Support the definitions of PMO and program KPI´s, collect the necessary data, define dashboards, & regularly report on progress
- Proactively Identify risks to program delivery, establish, & maintain the program risk register, collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risk and report as appropriate.
- Act as the secretary and manage various CPM committees, including SteerCo Routines and meetings
- Develop executive level presentation materials for use in project updates
- Coordinate the processes and routines for tracking & reporting in order to monitor value delivery progress and address gaps.
- Implement CPM budget controls and reporting, liaising with SC performance management area as well as Finance to ensure proper budget cycle routines and budget execution is within approved limits
- Identify and implement best practice planning activities through broad scanning, trend & data analysis and benchmarking.
- Lead the Global CPM PMO Team
- An undergraduate qualification - Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
- Good understanding of safety & sustainability as it relates to contractor Management
- Proven experience in integrated risk management and governance frameworks.
- Strong experience in performance management, reporting, and executive-level insights.
- Demonstrated success in defining strategy and driving operational execution.
- Extensive experience integrating strategic planning with risk management practices.
- Significant experience leading complex project management, planning, and delivery activities.
- Proven track record in process design, continuous improvement, and operational optimisation.
