Role Overview
At Huntsman, we are looking for a Supply Network Coordinator to join our EAME Supply Chain organization based in Krakow. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, coordinating supply activities across multiple production sites, stock points, and logistics partners.
As a Supply Network Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials within the Polyurethanes product portfolio. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and external partners to balance customer requirements, inventory targets, and operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities
As a Supply Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for
- Coordinating the supply network between Huntsman production sites, regional stock points, and logistics partners across the EAME region.
- Managing product allocation and replenishment activities to meet customer demand while balancing inventory and service level targets.
- Aligning supply plans with demand forecasts, customer orders, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Monitoring supply flows and proactively identifying potential bottlenecks, risks, and disruptions.
- Acting as the central point of contact between Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales teams, and logistics providers.
- Driving timely communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and customer expectations.
- Supporting escalation management and resolving supply-related challenges impacting customer deliveries.
- Contributing to network optimization projects, including distribution flow improvements and inventory strategies.
- Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensuring a smooth integration into the supply network.
Experience and Competencies

- Experience in supply planning, transportation, logistics, purchasing, or distribution operations.
- Experience working within a transportation company, logistics organization, or supply chain environment.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business requirements and service expectations.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
- Flexible working hours, ideally starting between 07:00 and 10:00.
- Hybrid working model: up to 2 days per week working from home following onboarding and manager approval.
- Based at Huntsman Global Business Services in Krakow.
- 6-month project assignment.
