JOB DESCRIPTION

• We here at Great Strides ABA Corp are on the hunt for a driven and community-connected Outreach & Growth Representative to expand our reach and connect more families with the
• services they need. If you love building relationships, hitting targets, and knowing your work directly helps children — this role will energize you every single day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete 12–15 drop-in per day, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day
• Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline from lead to active service
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases and serve as liaison between field staff and headquarters
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations
• Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metrics

SKILLS

• Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition
• Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results
• Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus
