Project Manager (FM)

Purpose

• Lead and manage Facilities Management (FM) projects, including feasibility studies, A&A works, upgrading, maintenance, and site supervision, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, client, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FM projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and resource allocation.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare project reports, budgets, and project documentation.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline with at least three (3) years' relevant post-graduate experience; or
• Diploma in a related discipline with at least five (5) years' relevant experience.
• Experience in Facilities Management, A&A works, building maintenance, asset replacement, or project management is preferred.
