Role Overview

As an Analyst at RZR Global, you will be a core executor responsible for hands-on campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and daily performance management across assigned accounts. You will own the accuracy, health, and outcomes of your campaigns, working closely with leads and cross-functional partners to drive measurable client impact.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accountability, speed, and clear communication matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own campaign execution from end to end including setup, QA, launch, and ongoing pacing management

  • Monitor key performance metrics daily including pacing, fraud rates, creative performance, and delivery health
  • -
  • Respond quickly to system alerts, pacing issues, and Customer Success inquiries within defined SLAs
  • -
  • Execute optimizations and testing strategies with support from leads and managers to improve performance and client outcomes
  • -
  • Document all tests and experiments including setup, methodology, and results in organized formats
  • -
  • Provide clear and structured performance updates to managers and Customer Success teams
  • -
  • Send proactive communication on campaign health, risks, and pacing changes without waiting for a prompt
  • -
  • Participate in on-call rotations and maintain thorough logs of issues, actions, and handoffs
  • -
  • Support peer analysts and group partners by reviewing work, troubleshooting issues, and providing coverage when needed

Required Skills / Experience

  • -
  • At least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience (required)
  • -
  • Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other analytical field.
  • -
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • -
  • Foundational knowledge and experience using SQL, Python, R, and related data query tools.

  • High attention to detail and pride in execution quality
  • -
  • Able to use English as a working language
