Role Summary
As a Project Specialist (Field Marketing), you will own the end-to-end demand generation funnel for field marketing, partnering with country leaders and sales leadership to independently drive large-scale acceleration events and day-to-day workstreams.
Role
- Own the end-to-end field marketing demand generation funnel, from planning through execution and reporting.
- Partner directly with country leaders and sales leaders to align field marketing activity with local business priorities.
- Own the events calendar, managing high-volume acceleration events that build on the large-scale flagship events already delivered in H1.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and on track.
- Manage external events and marketing agencies, ensuring delivery against timelines, budget and quality standards.
- Tap into specialist support functions across the regional team (e.g. social media, customer reference) to strengthen campaign and event delivery.
- Work independently on acceleration projects and own day-to-day workstreams, freeing up senior team members to focus on forward planning.
- Support planning for the following year’s H1 and H2 events and campaigns.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation and timelines using Google Docs and related collaboration tools.
You
- 3+ years of strong project management experience, ideally within an event agency or similarly deadline-driven environment.
- B2B marketing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders, and keep them aligned and on track.
- Confident in managing external agencies and vendors to deliver against tight deadlines.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Comfortable working autonomously on acceleration projects with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with Google Docs and related collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and agencies to manage expectations and problem-solve.
Contract type: 4-Month FTC (Sep–Dec)
