STP/ETP OPERATOR

Are you experienced in Water Treatment Plant Operations and ready to be part of a world-class hospitality destination?

JA The Resort is looking for a dedicated STP/ETP Operator to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and monitoring of our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), helping us maintain the highest environmental and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Operate and monitor STP & ETP systems on a daily basis
✅ Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
✅ Perform mechanical overhauls and repair work
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve plant-related issues
✅ Maintain pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and related equipment
✅ Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with required standards
✅ Handle maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently
✅ Assist with equipment fabrication and spare parts management
✅ Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

What We're Looking For

✔ High School Certificate or equivalent

✔ Vocational Diploma / Technical Certification

✔ Water & Chemical Management System Certification

✔ Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)

✔ Passion for working outdoors and taking on technical challenges
