Finance Manager - Retail Broking & Wealth Management, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing, daily financial accounting & book keeping of related legal entities
• Review daily and monthly FRR reporting of SFC licenced corporations
• Review daily client money segregation & desegregation
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and year-end tax filing
• Assist in year-end audit & regulatory assignment
• Prepare various reconciliation reports and month end financial reports
• Engage in ad-hoc projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

• Holder of Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Experience on retail broking & margin financing, and knowledge on derivatives would be an advantage
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office, experience in SAP is an advantage
• Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
