What you will have an opportunity to do

The View Restaurant at Chaminade Resort & Spa is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Food Runner, you play an essential role in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring food and beverage orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with outstanding service. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will serve as a key connection between the kitchen, restaurant, and guests, helping to ensure a seamless dining experience. What You'll Do

• Become thoroughly familiar with restaurant menus, ingredients, preparation methods, beverage offerings, and hours of operation for all food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the resort, its amenities, and dining venues to assist guests with questions and recommendations.
• Collect food and beverage orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met before delivery.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally while providing attentive guest service.
• Assist with clearing and collecting trays, dishes, and other food and beverage items from guest areas and dining spaces.
• Practice and uphold all service standards and proper dining etiquette throughout the guest experience.
• Consistently provide courteous, professional, and guest-focused service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in work areas, equipment, and guest-facing spaces.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, restaurant, and resort team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
