Executive & Accounting Assistant (all genders)

We're looking for an Executive & Accounting Assistant to support us at our Munich (Grünwald) office, hybrid.

In this role, you'll work closely with our CFO, taking day-to-day operational work off his plate while also being a key point of support for our Support Function team and leadership more broadly. With around 110 employees worldwide and revenue of over $300 million, JustPlay is one of the largest rewarded gaming platforms globally, and the legal structure behind our growing number of entities keeps expanding right along with it. You'll sit right at the center of that: working closely with external tax advisors and notaries, coordinating internally with our Finance team, and bringing order to the legal processes around both new and existing entities - the foundation we build our international growth on.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain corporate documentation and registers for our entities, keeping everything well organized
• Act as the main point of contact for our tax advisors and HQ Finance, keeping track of statutory deadlines (annual financial statements, commercial register filings, etc.)
• Maintain our compliance calendar across all jurisdictions and provide solid data to support structuring decisions
• Manage signature processes (including via DocuSign) and draft shareholder resolutions, minutes, and powers of attorney
• Coordinate travel and calendar management for our CFO, and keep expense documentation in order

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You have experience in a comparable role, e.g. as an executive assistant or in Legal/Finance/Corporate Governance
• You're highly organized and work in a structured, independent way
• Your German is at least B1 level, and you're fluent in English
• You hold a driver's license
