Robot Detective

At Octiva, we’re not just building robots - we’re redefining how greenhouses operate. Our autonomous robotic platforms are already making a difference in the field, and we need someone who’s excited to be part of that impact.

This role is not for someone who prefers to stay behind a screen all day. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who gets energy from working with real machines, solving real problems, and improving real customer experiences. Your mission is to help the engineering team focus on the right issues so that every robot we deploy performs better, faster, and smarter for our growers.

You’ll spend part of your time deep-diving into data: analyzing robot logs, identifying anomalies, and spotting trends. But you’ll also step into greenhouses, test hypotheses on the robots themselves, and collaborate with service and engineering teams on the ground. This is a role where thinking meets doing.

You’ll be the link between field reality and engineering insights - making sure our robots work better not just in theory, but in practice. Your findings will directly influence software updates, hardware tweaks, and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks will include

• Dive into robot logs, error messages, and performance data to spot what matters
• Work side-by-side with our engineering and service teams to test ideas in the field
• Investigate recurring issues and help prioritize what gets fixed next
• Turn messy data into clear stories: what’s working, what’s not, and why
• Help bridge the gap between customer experience and technical execution
