Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join VA4U and play a key role in delivering engaging, high-converting campaigns for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Design and implement automated email workflows and customer journeys.
• Segment email lists to optimize targeting and personalize campaign content.
• Conduct A/B tests to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making recommendations and adjustments for improved results.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive overall campaign success.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of email automation, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working with international clients is highly desirable.
