FOH Team Member

As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our customers. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing an outstanding dining experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including Bar service, Food Running and maintaining high standards including exceptional guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare drinks according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and answering any questions regarding the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of service.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for order processing and inventory management.
