About The Role

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Neurosurgeon with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates . Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological disorders affecting the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system.
  • Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures, including cranial, spinal, and minimally invasive surgeries.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical governance, research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education activities.

Requirements

  • American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Neurosurgery.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Neurosurgeon.
  • Extensive expertise in complex brain and spine surgeries, including emergency neurosurgical procedures.
  • Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
