Consultant Nephrologist (American Board / UK CCT / Western Qualification)

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Nephrologist with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates . The successful candidate will provide expert nephrology care, diagnose and manage complex kidney disorders, provide treatment for patients with renal conditions, and deliver comprehensive patient-centered care in accordance with international clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of kidney diseases, including chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, hypertension-related renal conditions, and electrolyte disorders.
• Provide specialized care for patients requiring renal replacement therapy, including hemodialysis and other advanced renal treatments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive consultations, follow-up care, and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including urologists, transplant specialists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and continuous medical education programs.

Requirements

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Nephrology.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Nephrologist.
• Extensive experience in managing complex renal conditions and advanced nephrology treatments.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
