About The Role

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Nephrologist with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nephrologist to join a prestigious healthcare organization offering advanced medical facilities, a multidisciplinary clinical environment, and an attractive compensation package.

The successful candidate will provide expert nephrology care, diagnose and manage complex kidney disorders, provide treatment for patients with renal conditions, and deliver comprehensive patient-centered care in accordance with international clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of kidney diseases, including chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, hypertension-related renal conditions, and electrolyte disorders.
  • Provide specialized care for patients requiring renal replacement therapy, including hemodialysis and other advanced renal treatments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive consultations, follow-up care, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including urologists, transplant specialists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and continuous medical education programs.

Requirements

  • American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Nephrology.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Nephrologist.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex renal conditions and advanced nephrology treatments.
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to delivering evidence-based, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
