About The Role

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Gastroenterologist with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced gastroenterologist to join a prestigious healthcare organization offering advanced medical facilities, a collaborative clinical environment, and an attractive compensation package.

The successful candidate will provide expert care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of gastrointestinal and liver disorders. The role involves performing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with international clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary disorders.
  • Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other specialized interventions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive patient consultations and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and dietitians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and continuous medical education while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Gastroenterology.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Gastroenterologist.
  • Extensive experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and the management of complex gastrointestinal disorders.
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
