About The Role

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant in Family Medicine with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates . The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services for patients of all ages, focusing on disease prevention, health promotion, diagnosis, treatment, and the long-term management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
  • Conduct routine health assessments, screenings, vaccinations, and health education to promote overall wellness.
  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions while coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with international standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Family Medicine.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant in Family Medicine.
  • Strong expertise in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and comprehensive primary care.
  • Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
